What you'll be doing:
* To undertake the servicing and maintenance of crematory and ancillary equipment on client sites.
* Carry out inspections, complete reports and submit appropriate recommendations, as necessary.
* Record and maintain existing servicing records in line with Company procedures.
* Ensure all safety procedures and business standards/regulations are followed without exception.
* Work in conjunction with departmental manager and team members to identify, implement and drive actions for continuous improvement.
* Promote teamwork and cooperation at all levels.
* Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, internal departments, and customers in regard to work instructions and requirements.
* Flexible approach to work duties/tasks in accordance with the requirements of the business.
What we’re looking for:
* Mechanical Engineer with comprehensive electrical experience or Electrical Engineer with good mechanical experience. Apprentice trained NVQ level 3 as a minimum.
* Experience of working within an engineering manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage.
* Ability to problem solve effectively.
* Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team with minimum or no supervision.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* 24 Days annual leave increasing with service.
