Responsibilities and Requirements:
➢ Work in the classroom supporting the Lead facilitator.

➢ Be positive about and support the Day Centre work of The School of PDE. ➢ Follow and operate within the policies and procedures of The School of PDE, including Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities.
➢ Act responsibly and within the law.
➢ Maintain confidentiality of The School of PDEs activity, the people in our care, our team and our procedures.
➢ Ensure that if you have any safeguarding issues or concerns they are designated as soon as reasonably possible to the Safeguarding lead or/and the Centre Manager/s.
➢ Value and respect the rights of clients.
➢ Work in partnership with staff and volunteers to make society a better place for our beneficiaries.
➢ Let your Centre manager know if you are having any problems or if you have any complaints, concerns or feedback.
➢ Meet agreed time commitments and give reasonable notice when you're not available so that arrangements can be made.
The Perks
Working hours will be 09:30 AM - 4:00 PM (5.15hrs) including a working lunch.
This Job role is flexible to suit half days/one day/part time or full time, We remain flexible to fit around exsisting commitments.
Opportunity to progress to an internal City and Guilds Award in Education and Training Level 3, allowing you the scope to progress within our company on to paid positions.
