Graduate Engineer
Location: Walsall
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to begin their career with a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior engineers on live projects from concept through to production
* Assist in the design, development, and testing of products and systems
* Analyse data, interpret technical drawings, and produce detailed reports
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support engineering objectives
* Maintain and improve engineering documentation and quality standards
Essential Skills
* Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* A proactive and positive approach to learning and development
Desirable Skills
* Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar)
* Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments (placements, internships etc.)
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
