About the Role As an Unqualified Teacher, you will deliver teaching and learning in line with your subject expertise, supporting students through individual, small group, and class-based lessons. You’ll be responsible for planning, assessing, and evaluating student progress, while contributing to the development of personalised learning programmes and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Your work will directly impact students’ confidence, engagement, and academic outcomes, helping them thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
