The Best Connection Wolverhampton are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton for a Trainee Sign Maker.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within a creative and hands-on manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the production and assembly of signage
* Operating machinery and hand tools (full training provided)
* Preparing materials and components for production
* Supporting experienced sign makers with installations and finishing work
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 - 16:30
Pay Rate:
* £12.71 per hour
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
* Be reliable and punctual
* Have good attention to detail
* Be comfortable working with tools and machinery
* Previous manufacturing or workshop experience is beneficial but not essential
