About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis!
In this exciting role, you will report to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a crucial part in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. At Butlin’s, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you will ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team for exceptional service.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with a variety of shifts between 7am and 3am, depending on the restaurant's opening hours.

Additionally, you should have:
* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
* Experience managing margins and controlling costs, along with a strong focus on health, safety, and hygiene.
