To create a safe and nurturing environment where our guests can thrive during their residential activity holiday.
As a beacon of positivity and enthusiasm, you'll lead by example providing guidance, motivation and support to your colleagues. Ensuring that all guests receive the highest levels of pastoral care, maintaining an environment where well-being is paramount. Taking the lead in promoting guest welfare from warmly welcoming our guests and liaising with parents/guardians, to managing guest health, including medication administration. Coordinating communication between guests and home, and supporting behavioural management as required. Working closely with your colleagues, providing valuable feedback on welfare matters, sharing success stories, and offering assistance in development areas.
You're an expert in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You can identify and understand guest requirements, going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are outstanding. You know how to get your message across appropriately and effectively, ensuring clear and open lines of communication with children, parents, and colleagues alike. Time management is your superpower! You effortlessly juggle tasks and responsibilities, focusing on activities that deliver the best value.
