Complex Care Assistant
Join Superior Healthcare Management, LLC to support a young client with complex medical and developmental needs in Faversham. This full‑time day shift role involves 12‑hour shifts, house‑based care, and driving the client to appointments.
Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care and support daily activities, personal hygiene and mobility.
* Engage client in therapeutic activities: reading, puzzles, role play and creative play.
* Assist with medication and medical monitoring; record care notes.
* Drive client to college and other appointments; full manual clean driving licence required.
* Collaborate with care team, agency staff and local services to coordinate care and plan.
Qualifications
* Full‑time availability, 12‑hour shift schedule.
* Full manual clean driving licence; knowledge of local roads.
* Experience with clients with epilepsy, spinal surgery, post‑scoliosis surgery, Dravet syndrome, developmental delay is desirable.
* Previous care, paediatric or school assistant experience an advantage.
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills; resilience and empathy.
