Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site Social Media Manager role based in Spalding. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising social media platforms, creating and executing effective content strategies, and engaging with audiences to grow the company's online presence.
What you’ll do:
* Develop ideas, film, and edit engaging content aligned with the wider marketing strategy
* Manage scheduling and publishing across all social channels
* Track, analyse, and optimise performance to grow reach, engagement, and followers
* Manage daily interactions, building relationships with our community and partners
* Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the team
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Proven experience growing brand channels
* Confident in filming, editing, and content creation
* Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable taking ownership
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
* Strong skills in Communication and Writing
* Experience in managing developing and executing effective Content Strategies
* Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance
* Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
* Familiarity with food industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
