Style Acre is an Oxfordshire-based, award-winning charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical needs. We operate over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs, and a successful work program supporting more than 250 people. We are rated Outstanding by the CQC.

About the Charity Shop Assistant Manager Role
Our Wallingford Charity shop offers a safe, supportive environment where individuals with learning disabilities can gain valuable work experience. We seek an inspirational, enthusiastic, dedicated manager to oversee all aspects of our busy shop.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily shop operations, including cashing up, banking, stock and donations management, restocking, pricing, and maintaining cleanliness.
2. Support and manage volunteers to ensure effective shop operation and quality work placements for supported individuals.
3. Collaborate with the Social Enterprise Manager, Head of Work Program, and team to provide excellent work experience.
4. Manage and develop our online Vinted shop.
5. Support individuals on placements, helping them learn skills such as using the till.
6. Represent Style Acre professionally with customers and the community, upholding our values.
7. Work alone when required.
8. Complete monthly reports, administration, and paperwork.
9. Follow health and safety procedures, including risk assessments.
10. Ensure a safe environment for all.
11. Perform other duties as required.
12. Take ownership of personal development, with monthly supervision and training attendance.
