The Role This is a pivotal senior leadership role with full accountability for factory operations, procurement, and quality. As the business scales toward a multi-product future, you will be responsible for restoring operational stability after a period of rapid change and building the foundation for the next chapter of growth. Key Objectives: * Operational Stabilisation: Re-establish control across high-volume assembly and installation.
