Planning Manager Devon & Cornwall | Full-Time | Competitive Salary Bonus Benefits We’re recruiting a Planning Manager for a growing regional developer delivering high-quality residential schemes across the South West. In this role, you’ll lead the planning process from site acquisition to consent, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to secure commercially viable permissions. You’ll liaise with local authorities, manage planning strategies, and oversee submissions, appeals, and stakeholder engagement.
