We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, insightful, and decision-relevant financial information across the business. This role sits at the heart of financial planning and analysis, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making. You will contribute to building a robust single source of truth, while continuously enhancing reporting quality, efficiency, and impact. Key Responsibilities Own the consolidation, reconciliation, and validation of large datasets from multiple sources to ensure a consistent and accurate reporting baseline. Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to consolidate stakeholder inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure robust, reliable data submissions. Act as a subject matter expert for FP&A reporting, delivering clear, insightful outputs suitable for senior leadership. Develop and enhance a standardised reporting suite using Power BI and other tools, covering KPIs, financials, and operational metrics. Translate complex financial data into meaningful narratives, highlighting risks and opportunities to support decision-making. Support senior finance leadership by presenting analysis and insights, including to the Head of FP&A & Transformation. Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to inform strategic and commercial decisions. Organise and structure datasets into accessible, user-friendly reports for wider finance teams. Partner with IT to integrate ERP and other data sources into a single, reliable finance data platform. Strengthen reporting controls, governance, and documentation to ensure consistency and data integrity. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or working towards qualification. Strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or analysis within a complex organisation. Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources. Proven experience with Power BI and the Power Platform (including DAX and Power Query). Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate clear, concise insights to stakeholders. Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
