The role of Provisioning Delivery Co-Ordinator is crucial to our team. The focus of this role is to manage the provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband & IP Phone Systems, which are essential for the success of our growing Telecoms Solutions.
This position is offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract.
* Manage customer orders (Broadband/Leased Line/Hosted), providing updates via phone and email.
* Maintain accurate notes on our CRM system for all orders.
* Process customer orders accurately and promptly, adhering to SLAs and requirements.
* Monitor and manage workflows internally and with third parties efficiently.
* Liaise with carriers, networks, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues swiftly.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main contact for non-mobile orders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update processes and workflows, implementing changes as needed.
* Maintain key data points for order tracking and updates.
Candidate qualities include:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Initiative in problem-solving.
