Senior Support Worker Hindhead - £14.53 per hour
Female only due to the needs of the service.
Typical Shifts: 7am – 7pm, including weekends on a rota.

Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Support the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
* Allocate shifts and book training.
* Induct new colleagues and support with supervision.
* Order medication and ensure people supported manage their finances.
* Keep the people we support at the heart of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
