Job title – Construction Administrator Location – Altrincham - WA14 (Office Based 5 day per week) Contract – Full-Time 35 hours per week, Permanent Salary - £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) Are you a proactive and organised administrator with a solid background in the construction sector? We’re seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join a growing and dynamic construction team based in Altrincham. You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day project operations and admin processes while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication across internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage supplier and subcontractor orders Prepare and issue client documentation and communication packs Track and maintain cost data across various projects using Excel Organise, collate and format project presentations and documentation Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and provide general office support Monitor and update training matrices Maintain accurate documentation on SharePoint Assist with RFIs (Requests for Information) and PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires) Support with invoicing (QuickBooks experience desirable) Essential Skills and Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a construction-based admin role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Experience using SharePoint for document management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident and professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure A friendly, reliable, and collaborative approach to work If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
