Our Nursery is a farm house is set within an idyllic location, enhanced by stunning views of the countryside.
We are looking for enthusiastic, imaginative, caring individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding childcare and education to Early Years children.
As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their development and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across various areas.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring that children's needs are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Support children in developing social skills and emotional resilience through play-based learning.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided within the nursery.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering children's development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
