We are looking for a permanent, full-time Lecturer in T Level Business to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the Management and Administration pathway, helping them develop the practical skills and critical thinking required for today’s business environment. The T Level is a rigorous, industry-focused qualification, and as a lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering core business content, supporting students through industry placements, and ensuring they are prepared for external assessments.

Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Excellence: Deliver the T Level Technical Qualification Core components, focusing on topics such as business context, project management, change management, and quality and compliance.
* Practical Mentorship: Guide students through the Occupational Specialism in Management, helping them master skills in leadership, resource management, and data-driven decision-making.
* Assessment & Feedback: Prepare students for external examinations, the Employer-Set Project, and Occupational Specialism assessments, providing robust formative feedback that mirrors professional performance reviews.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A degree in Business Management or a related field. Professional experience in a management or project-led role is a significant advantage.
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or a willingness to work toward one.
* Someone who speaks corporate as well as they speak classroom. You should be able to explain key business principles with real-world context.
* The T Level landscape is evolving; we need a proactive educator who thrives on innovation and high standards.
Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding
To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£31,837 - £48,160), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:
✅ Accepted Qualifications:
* DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
* Certificate in Education
* PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
* ProfGCE (Professional Graduate Certificate in Education)
* DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
* DiT (Diploma in Teaching) – if for a vocational subject
If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£26,661 - £29,998).

* CTLLS (Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
