The Opportunity Reporting into the Bar Manager you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of management within the outlet including but not limited to: The consistent delivery of exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding our guests expectations. Assisting with stock control and inventory management. Assisting with the control of costs and optimising profits whist maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation. Ensuring that the cleanliness of the entire outlet is maintained to a high standard, including all stores, fixtures, and equipment. Assisting with rotas and resources in line with payroll budgets and revenue forecasting. Assisting with managing team member attendance, performance management, conduct and training and development supported by HR. Responsible for handling cash and end of day checking. Ensuring an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health & Safety, and other statutory requirements. Responsible for promoting and contributing to a harmonious working environment where all team members are valued and treated with respect and dignity. What are we looking for? Previous relevant experience within a busy Bar and Restaurant outlet. Minimum of 1 year previous experience of leading and managing a team. Previous experience of working across multiple outlets. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Conflict management solution skills. Previous employee relations experience. Excellent communication and IT skills. Innovative with the ability to influence and impliment ideas effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Desirable Previous experience within a hotel environment Previous experience at Assistant level. Trained mixologist.
