Job Description
Are you highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic? We're recruiting someone with these attributes to join our team and contribute to the organisation of Scotland's largest Learn to Swim programme. The successful candidate will be based in Alford.
The successful postholder will have strong administrative skills, be highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work on their own initiative.
The swimming coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the operation of the LTS programme, ensuring income and expenditure levels are maintained against agreed targets. The successful candidate will also organise swimming instructors to ensure all classes are covered and maintain continuous delivery.
This post can have a degree of flexible working; however, there remains a requirement to be onsite during lesson delivery.

Minimum Requirements
This role involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required, and you will need to provide this.
Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these pre-employment checks. Additionally, at least one reference from your current or most recent employer is required.
