As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work with the Creative Lead, other Senior Graphic Designers, Artworker and wider marketing team including in-house copywriter and videographer on a variety of marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive conversion across our portfolio of characterful properties.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
1. Respond to tasks/projects from the Creative Studio manager and Marketing Director effectively and within the agreed time scales, including hitting individual and team targets
2. Liaise with properties via email and telephone about artwork, amends, proofing, etc
3. Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.
4. Create visually engaging content for digital and print media that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
6. Maintain and update the company’s visual assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
8. Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and illustrators, to ensure the highest quality output.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards
11. Deal with all incoming artwork which will include updating, editing and re-creating artwork
12. Contributing to meetings at predesign and pre-production stages
13. Managing the collaborative sign off process
14. Take hi-res photos at Head Office or out at property when required and re-touch images
15. Organise and attend photoshoots
16. Create illustrations
Who are we looking for:
17. Must be familiar and have strong skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
18. Strong understanding of designing for digital and the importance of user experience.
19. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly manner with internal and external clients.
20. Ability to work well under pressure
21. Keen eye for detail
22. Good time management and prioritisation
23. Experience of liaising with printers
24. 5 years + Graphic design experience
