What you’ll be doing:
* Define and lead the architecture of Service Cloud and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar).
* Build scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals.
* Oversee integrations between Salesforce and wider Martech/CRM systems.
* Provide architectural governance, ensuring best practices across all project streams.
* Partner with senior stakeholders, bridging technical capability with commercial outcomes.
* Guide delivery teams, offering hands-on expertise where required.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect (Solution/Technical/Enterprise).
* Expertise in Service Cloud – including case management, knowledge, omni-channel, and customer service processes.
* Strong background in Salesforce Marketing Automation tools (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CDP, Interaction Studio).
* End-to-end solution design experience across multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
