* Follow individual care plans and provide practical support

* Help residents with daily tasks, sharing stories, holding a hand when needed
What We’re Looking For
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it
* Around six months of care experience
* Passion for helping others and transferable skills from other walks of life
