CAD Designer Required!
Our client is an established marketing company with a strong client base in the property and construction sector. They provide end-to-end solutions for designing, building, and installing sales office spaces for national clients.
Our client is looking for a talented Designer to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage the entire process of creating a sales office - from initial brief through to production - combining technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both manufacturing standards and client requirements.
Package:
* Company pension
* 20 days holiday + bank holiday
* Salary up to £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
* Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm
CAD Designer - Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients to understand requirements and technical challenges.
2. Create 2D/3D designs, floorplans, elevations, and presentations using CAD software.
3. Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and installation.
4. Work closely with production and installation teams to deliver projects.
5. Prepare full manufacturing packs including cutting lists, assembly instructions, and material specs.
