Key Responsibilities Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Talent Manager. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with clients, agents, and industry contacts on behalf of the Talent Manager. Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes to a high standard. Support with project coordination and office management tasks. Be flexible and available to attend classes, training, or industry events outside of standard hours. Candidate Profile Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn the ropes of talent management. Comfortable working in a busy office environment with shifting priorities. Willing to go the extra mile, including occasional out-of-hours commitments. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for the entertainment and talent industry.
