Job Role: Support Worker
Location: Peacehaven, Sussex
Salary: £14.50p/h
Service Type: Supported living, one property housing one individual
Speciality: Learning Disability, Mental Health and Autism (has behaviours of concern, complex care, self-harm and forensic support).

We are looking for Support Workers to support Adam in building his life in the community. You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, using positive behaviour support and working within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people's wellbeing.
You will be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, and proactive. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh. Adam requires staff with empathy to support him on his road to recovery and an aspiring life.
