About This Role
* Hours of work: 37 hours per week*
* Working pattern: Monday-Friday
* Term weeks: Term-Time only, plus 2 weeks
* Start date: ASAP
* Contract: Permanent
*A job-share may be considered for this role.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have secretarial/administrative experience preferably in a school based setting
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be competent with ICT skills including the use of Word (including mail merge), Excel, and PowerPoint
* Be friendly and approachable
* Be able to work as part of a team
Your Key Responsibilities
* To organise cover for absent staff, create a daily cover rota and organise efficient and effective cover of lessons by supply staff and teachers
* Provide cover for a broad range of duties associated within the administration function in school
* Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, both face to face and via the phone for internal and external stakeholders
