This is a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys administration to work alongside a great team providing administrative support on a day to day basis. The suitable candidate will be someone who has a strong administrative background, happy to help out where necessary and work as part of a team.
This opportunity is fully office based. Due to location there is limited parking so the suitable candidate will need to be local to the St Albans area.
Hours - Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary - £27,000
Some of the duties will include:
Providing all round administrative support to a team
Open new and existing client files
Filing documents both electronically and paper based
Photocopying, scanning and printing as required
Diary management for the team including scheduling teams calls and client meetings
being a point of contact for clients when they come into the office to drop off/pick up documents
Typing up meeting notes
Providing support to PA's when required
Sending out post
All round administrative support as needed within the team
The suitable candidate:
Previous experience within administration
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload
Strong communication skills on all levels
Strong team player with the ability to work well within a team
Able to work to deadlines
Must be happy to be fully office based
