Your Responsibilities

* Financial Management: Oversee general ledger tasks, journal entries, month-end close, and reconciliations.
* Accounts Support: Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial records.
* Inventory Participation: Engage in the annual physical inventory to verify valuations and make necessary adjustments.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Budget Tracking: Monitor capital spending and major repair budgets.
* Data Analysis: Generate financial reports and provide insightful analysis to departmental managers.
* Policy Enhancement: Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect company assets.
* Intercompany Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reporting of intercompany transactions.
* Team Collaboration: Work with the finance and accounting team on special projects as needed.
* Inventory Control: Assist in variance reporting and analysis.
