Our client is looking for a confident and professional individual to join their team.
The Role
* To manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs
* Raising, allocating, reviewing and signing off
* Raising jobs
* Liaising with engineers
* Input data on to the system
* Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs
* Ensure KPI’s are maintained at 95% or higher
* Cost jobs on the system
* Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
Skills and Experience
* Must have helpdesk, customer service or call handling experience
* Confident, calm, logical approach, organised – the working environment can be quite fast paced
* Computer literate
* Excellent telephone manner
Working Hours
* 08:30‑17:30
