Internal Sales Support Executive (Retail)
Job Purpose:
The role is to support UK&I Retail Sales team, playing an
integral role in the coordination of sales in conjunction with our internal teams and providing valued customer satisfaction.
Reports to: Country Manager, UK&I
Key Responsibilities as Internal Sales Support Executive (Retail):
The Internal Sales Support Executive (Retail) supports the UK&I Retail Sales Team. This role is required to closely assist the Retail Sales team and deliver high quality sales and admin support as well as data and reporting insight on a monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc basis.
The detailed responsibilities are listed below.
Support Internal/External sales partners
* Support Authorised and target accounts within the region to achieve sales goals.
* Support regional field-based retail sales team with quotations and marketing information.
* To identify business opportunities amongst current retail customers.
* To work closely with our Marketing team to entice existing customers & encourage new customers, by organising activities & events that inform & inspire them to work with Hanwha Vision Europe as their preferred partner of choice
Updating CRM
* Assist in keeping customer and project data within CRM system up to date
* First point of contact for user support for CRM
* Assist to resolve issues and improve CRM based on user feedback
Project Pricing & Quotation
* Arrange and communicate the appropriate internal approvals for special/project pricing on products
* Create and manage approved project pricing matrix
* Quotation
* Monitor and archive them within shared folder
* Archive / Update quotations and approved documents in CRM
Liaise / Respond to All Relevant Enquiries
* Respond to sales enquiries received via the Retail Sales team and/or directly from the Customers
* Support with Customer Loan and Sample Approval Requests
* Assist with the following queries, issues & leads
* Other ad hoc duties associated with the support role
Skill Requirements:
* Educated to degree level
* Experience using CRM systems
* Generally, computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business and with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Strong administration and organisation skills
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to remain calm and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Location:
The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd Suite, 1 Ground Floor, Anchorage 1, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3YJ, United Kingdom. Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs. The role may also include travel within the UK & Ireland from time to time.
