Join the Close Brothers Wholesale Finance team where, working as part of the wider Customer Relationship Management team, you will aid the onboarding of new customers, with a specific focus on the pay-out process. Working as part of that team in Manchester, our ideal team member will by highly organised, with an exceptional eye for detail. Previous experience in business administration or customer services would be beneficial, but not essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Sales and customers to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate agreement setup, providing timely updates throughout the process. Process new proposals, including AML checks, credit searches, exposure linking, and asset loading. Check and collate all documentation promptly to meet customer needs and comply with legislation and credit approvals. Prepare accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers. Complete all internal checks and reviews in line with company procedures. Accurately load finance agreements into Salesforce and Alfa, maintaining a strong understanding of products and agreement types. Issue customer Welcome Packs within agreed timeframes. Process deposits and initial payments in ALFA. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to progress new business. Assist with customer calls, including acting as a divert when Sales are unavailable or on leave. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF HAVE / ARE: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
