Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes.
* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
* Support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
* Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
* Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team.
* Foster positive relationships with clients and the Office Team, ensuring open communication and respect.
Requirements:
* Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
* Willing to go through security checks required for the role

* £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays.
