Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with Winback Group to appoint their Managing Director UK&I based in Ascot, South West of London.
Founded in 2013, Winback is a fast‑growing French MedTech company (35% annual growth), recognised as a leader in the rehab industry with innovative, non‑invasive medical technologies such as TECAR therapy and cryotherapy. The company operates globally. Winback has offices in seven countries, including one in Ascot, UK.
Their solutions serve various segments: physiotherapy (rehabilitation, sports, women’s health), orthopedics, aesthetics and veterinary.
Winback supports its clients with a strong Training Academy, offering initial to expert‑level programs, clinical protocols, and a digital e‑learning platform.
As Managing Director UK, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial development of the UK market. You will report directly to the group CEO based in France.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute Winback’s growth strategy in the UK
* Manage and lead local teams (a 12‑person team: sales, marketing, support)
* Drive the UK P&L and meet revenue and profitability targets
* Represent the brand and strengthen our presence with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
* Build and maintain key strategic partnerships
* Ensure local actions are aligned with the group’s global vision
* Collaborate closely with headquarters and US Office Manager
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations (medical, commercial, HR)

Requirements
About you :
Proven experience in a senior management role (commercial or general), ideally in MedTech, rehabilitation, healthcare or aesthetics. Strong strategic thinking and hands‑on operational capabilities. Recognised leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. In‑depth knowledge of the UK healthcare market. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Results‑oriented, autonomous, adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent basic annual remuneration + car allowance + bonus.
This will be defined according to candidates experience and skills.
