Are you an organised and customer-focused Administrator looking for a new challenge? We're recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established accreditation body that has been operating for over 30 years and currently employs over 40 staff. Based near Knutsford, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team. The role is office based five days a week, with the option for some flexibility or hybrid working. Salary is £24,000 plus a generous benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
Process applications and registrations with strong attention to detail.
Liaise with training providers and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records.
Carry out quality checks on customer documentation and issued materials.
What Experience is Required
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Salary: £24,000 per annum.
