Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fast Track Fee Earner - MOJ to join our dynamic legal team dealing with non-infant claims. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal injury claims and possess a strong understanding of the process. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legal standards while providing exceptional service to clients.
Duties
* Manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely progression through the MOJ process.
* Conduct thorough assessments of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support cases.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any queries or concerns.
* Liaise with third parties, including insurers and medical professionals, to facilitate the smooth handling of cases.
* Prepare and submit relevant legal documents and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and case management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department.
Experience
* Previous experience in handling fast track personal injury claims is essential.
* A solid understanding of the MOJ process and relevant legislation is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
