The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning
* Support pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
* Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident in lessons
* Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
* Contribute to a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
