For 30 years, Jaguar Espresso has been an independent, leading supplier of coffee machines, spare parts, barista kit and accessories to the UK Coffee industry. The business has built up valuable long-lasting relationships with over 3,000+ customers, supplying thousands of UK-based coffee roasters, catering equipment dealers, engineers and other businesses with a range of over 40,000+ products.

This is an exciting time for the business which is committed to maintaining its leadership position in the industry, with ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years.


Overview

Jaguar Espresso is seeking a field-based sales professional to develop and manage relationships with customers in the Northern region, driving growth in the coffee, hospitality, and equipment sectors.


Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular in-person visits.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coffee industry across the Northern region.
* Provide product demonstrations, recommendations, and technical support on-site at customer premises.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, seamless order processing, and timely delivery.
* Monitor regional sales performance, prepare regular updates, and contribute to sales forecasting.
* Represent the business at trade shows, events, and regional industry activities as required.
* Manage travel and call planning effectively to maximise time with customers.


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in a field-based B2B/Distribution sales role within the coffee, hospitality, or equipment sectors.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Highly organised, with strong territory planning and time-management skills.
* Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to manage accounts and report activity.
* Ability to understand technical product information and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Northern regions of the UK
