Who we’re looking for
4. 5+ PQE Part-time Private Client Solicitor
5. Experience running a full Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs caseload
6. Court of Protection experience (strongly preferred)
7. STEP qualification (desired)
8. Strong communication and client-care skills
9. Excellent financial discipline and time-recording habits
10. Down-to-earth, empathetic, and collaborative personality
11. Ambitious, proactive and comfortable working independently
12. Background in a reputable regional, national or strong high-street firm
What you’ll be doing
13. Manage a full private client caseload autonomously
14. Draft Wills, Trusts and LPAs
15. Handle estate administration and probate
16. Maintain high standards of compliance, confidentiality and financial control
17. Provide exceptional client service across a varied HNW client base
18. Build strong relationships with clients and referrers
19. Contribute to team development and departmental growth
20. Participate in ongoing learning, development and training opportunities
