Procurement Business Partner Full-Time, Hybrid Glasgow city centre £58,000 Morgan Hunt are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation in Glasgow city Centre as they look to welcome a Procurement Business Partner to their team on a full time and permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing and tendering initiatives for high-value or high-priority contracts. Develop and manage contract performance KPIs with key stakeholders and suppliers. Ensure compliance with organisational procurement policies and processes. Monitor and manage ongoing contracts, including variations and improvements. Build strong relationships across the business and supply chain. Mentor and develop team members, where applicable. Support continuous improvement in commercial terms, processes, and supplier performance. Skills & Experience Required Degree-level education or equivalent; professional procurement qualification (CIPS) preferred. Proven experience in end-to-end tendering, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
