 
        Office Manager/Senior PA (Permanent, Full-Time) Location: Near Halesworth, Suffolk Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Based on Proven Experience) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week) Annual Leave: 25 days per year About My Client Renowned for professionalism, discretion, and long-term client relationships, my client operates from a well-organised Suffolk office, supporting both global activity and UK-based business operations. They are currently looking for a highly experienced Office Manager or Senior level Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to help support them with the smooth running of the office. The Role The Office Manager role will be on a permanent, full-time basis. A varied and hands-on position that requires a professional with proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA), combined with strong office management skills. The successful candidate will oversee office administration, coordinate international travel, and provide high-level executive support in a small, professional team. Key Responsibilities Executive & PA Support Provide confidential PA/EA support, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation. Organise complex international and UK travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transport. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports. Liaise professionally with senior clients, partners, and international contacts. Office & Business Administration Manage the smooth running of the office, including systems, supplies, and general administration. Create and monitor client invoices and support basic bookkeeping Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure IT and telecoms operate efficiently. Administrative & Project Support Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Support website and social media updates. Provide ad hoc administrative and project assistance as required. The Ideal Candidate MUST HAVE proven experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager who has supported at a Senior level. Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams) and general IT systems Discreet, reliable, and professional in handling confidential matters. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently. Experience liaising with international stakeholders is highly desirable. What’s on Offer Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
