Fairfield School of Business (FSB), an OFS registered private higher education provider founded in 2006 with campuses in London, Birmingham, Leicester and Luton. We provide industry-relevant qualifications in business and healthcare management, in partnership with leading UK universities. We are now looking to appoint a Course Leader. The post of Course Leader is a primary part of the academic department ensuring the lead and development of the school and its students of all aspects within the student centres. Having a great awareness and understanding of education to its highest levels, the post holder must be able to build strong relationships with directors, board members and senior management within the organisation. The post holder must be somebody that is able to implement and attract working performances within the designated field. The post holder will also be required to work closely with the registry and exams department on a team base to ensure the highest level of administration on a team-based timetable. The post holder must be able to manage and performance manage the overview of all staff within their field and liaise with all heads of department on a professional and one – to –one basis.
