A leading construction and facilities management company is looking for a Plumber to join their team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working on a repairs and maintenance contract within social housing. Responsibilities: * Inspect and evaluate plumbing systems to identify faults and determine the necessary corrective work. * Handle both scheduled and urgent plumbing repairs, such as leak fixes, tap replacements, and toilet repairs. * Fit and service plumbing appliances, fixtures, and pipework in accordance with required standards and guidelines. * Support wider maintenance tasks when needed, including small carpentry jobs, painting, and basic plaster patching. * Respond efficiently to job requests and ensure all tasks are completed within the expected timeframes. * Keep clear, accurate documentation of all repairs, maintenance work, and site activities. * Carry out any additional duties requested by management that are reasonable and relevant to the role.
