Milk Education are recruiting for purpose-driven, ambitious, and qualified SEMH Teachers to join an exceptional Alternative Provision.
The successful candidates will deliver a high-quality, personalised education for pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced teacher, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
The school is a trauma-informed setting, specialising in supporting pupils who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Staff work collaboratively to provide a nurturing, consistent, and supportive environment where pupils can rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships, and achieve both academically and personally.
The school is looking to appoint two permanent SEMH Teachers – one based in Ashington and one based in Blyth – for a September start.
Meetings and informal discussions with the school will take place between now and 17th July, providing candidates with the opportunity to learn more about the setting and ensure it is the right fit before appointment.
