About the role
You will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to evaluate how a person's disability or health condition impacts their daily life. Your insights will contribute to producing reports that assist the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining benefit eligibility. We value thoroughness and respect, ensuring you have adequate time with each client to deliver quality service.
Each assessment varies, covering a range of conditions. We support efficient caseload management to help you deliver optimal service. Our team combines integrity with clinical expertise to provide the best possible support to our clients.
What we look for
* An NMC registered nurse with at least 1 year of broad post-registration experience
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment
* Experience working with diverse conditions, including mental health
