We are expanding our hospitality offerings across the UK with new hotels and experiences. We are seeking a Group Reservationist with excellent organization and communication skills to join our team. This desk-based role requires proficiency in reservation software and online systems, along with a friendly, professional manner to assist guests via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing bookings for guests through various communication channels
2. Providing timely and personable responses to inquiries
Qualifications and skills:
1. Experience in reservation roles or high-volume customer service environments
2. Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and online
3. Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (training provided)
4. Enthusiasm, positivity, and team spirit
