Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Harvey Nichols Manchester. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing account strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include regular client communication, presenting product information, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver excellent service.
