This is a fantastic opportunity to join a project team working on high-profile water and wastewater treatment schemes, with genuine long-term career progression on offer. The Role Supervising civil engineering works on site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards Overseeing groundworks, RC structures, and associated civil works on a live treatment works site Managing subcontractors and labour on a day-to-day basis, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery Conducting daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions Carrying out site inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings Monitoring and enforcing health & safety standards across the site Maintaining accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports Working within an NEC contract environment The Candidate Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, ideally within the water/utilities sector Experience working on treatment works, pumping stations, or clean/wastewater infrastructure projects is highly desirable Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts SMSTS or SSSTS qualified CSCS card (Supervisor level) First Aid at Work certificate Valid driving licence Strong communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations What's on Offer Salary £50,000 – £62,000 (dependent on experience) Car or car allowance Pension scheme Private healthcare 25 days holiday bank holidays Long-term project security as part of the AMP8 programme Genuine progression opportunities into Site Manager roles
