We are currently recruiting for a H beauty Marketing and Partnerships Lead to drive the strategy and execution of H beauty’s marketing and partnership campaigns, driving brand impact and commercial success across the UK. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
As H beauty Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you will own the delivery of our FY26 marketing and partnership strategy, ensuring campaigns are on brand, on time, and on budget. You’ll oversee major initiatives such as the H beauty Brand Campaign, Chester launch, and seasonal activations, while managing media income targets and building strong relationships with priority brand partners. Implement and optimise the H beauty Marketing & Partnerships strategy for FY26.
Design and deliver priority campaigns including H beauty On Tour 3.0, Carnival 5.0, and Holiday activations.
Manage the annual marketing calendar, critical paths, and stakeholder communications.
Lead and develop a team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration across creative, retail, and loyalty functions.
Own marketing and media budgets, ensuring financial discipline and achievement of media income targets.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You will be a confident marketing leader with a proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns and managing budgets in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on autonomy, navigate ambiguity with ease, and bring a commercial mindset to everything you do. Your ability to inspire teams and build strong brand partnerships will be key to success in this role.

Previous senior marketing experience, ideally within beauty or luxury retail.
Expertise in integrated campaign planning and financial management.
