Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design and creation of digital and print assets including banners, brochures, infographics, social media content, pitch decks, UI mockups, and marketing materials
* Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns across multiple channels
* Support the Creative Lead in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing platforms
* Support internal branding initiatives including office signage, merchandise design, and company event materials
* Assist in producing creative assets for paid media campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and display banners
* Help design engaging visuals for newsletters, internal communications, and email marketing campaigns
* Source high-quality stock imagery, illustrations, and design elements aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics
* Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality visual content
* Manage multiple design requests and deliver projects within agreed timelines
Working Hours
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
* Work Location: Coventry
